I finally tried it!

On Sunday evening, I washed my hair in the shower!

Despite the number of women on the LHCF who do wash their hair in the shower, and who enjoy it I was skeptical, nonetheless. However, once I understood the technique of proper hair washing, I decided to give the process a try.

What a joy! Not only did the water pressure from the shower head feel good on my scalp, I shedded very little hair - during the wash and comb-out phase.

Actually, it makes sense to wash hair in an upright position, come to think of it. Less tangling, and more manageability.

I really enjoyed the experience, and will do it again the next time I shampoo.

that's what i need to do! I wash my hair in the sink and it takes ALL day to get the tangles out. I'll be on the college campus in one week. The first thing i'm doing right after I unpack is taking a shower!!!!
