Hi! Just 2 quick things...1st of all, I felt like a kid in a Candy Store, and, secondly, I think I spent alot more than I meant to! (The girls were nice enuf' to carry all my purchases out to the car, the one girl should be released from the hospital later on in the week...) And, I got a honorary Sally's pin!!!

Have you posted that "before" picture yet? I hope you do so we can keep track of your progress. I'm sure I speak for all the ladies when I say if you have any questions, please ask. If one person can't answer, there are plenty of others who can. I have gotten great help on various topics from the ladies.

Another thing, you may lose the damaged hair with time but don't lose your sense of humor

I know I'm going to keep repeating myself over..and, over..and, over again, But, I'm so glad some of you consider me a KEEPER!!! You couldn't drag me out of here! Um, maybe after I tell you all about what I bought, the word "DRAG" may apply..(Just kidding..) O.k...Here's an abbreviated list..I do have to get my beauty sleep..(Wink...)I purchased a Belson bonnet dryer..(Didn't read any Posts about Drinking and Drying...I could have been pulled over! 5 minutes after tying it on, it was Nighty-Night for the night!) I also bought a Gold-n-Hot heatcap...Lekair Cholesterol..World of Curls gel activator...Creme of Nature shampoos and conditioners...Processing caps..a few bandanas..And, I did have my eye on a BaByliss 1600 watt floor stand hair dryer, but, it just didn't seem to have enough room inside in case I wanted to try anything different in the future (I'll talk about that in another Post). As I mentioned to one of the "girls" here..I think, I may try a different Sally's next time around..Say somewhere down in south Philly..The girls behind the counter were helpful enough, but, I wasn't really looking for advice from some blonde Farrah Fawcett wanna-be's. Oh, and, I apologise..I haven't had the chance yet to post the only Pic I have that I can post. It's a few years old...And, was after spending a few hours in the salon. I will get it up "soon", and, ya KNOW I'm going to be writing more!! I love all you ladies here!!! Jim

Awwwww, don't worry about your pic. I'm sure most people's "please help, my hair's attacking!" pic looks like yours. But, if my memory serves me right, which it doesn't most times, didn't you say you had been to the salon before taking the pic? If that's the case, you'll probably look just fine. Hang on to your receipt. Belson/Gold n Hot appliances don't have a lot of staying power, IMO. They always fall apart or stop working for me.

The Carel soft bonnet dryer is pretty good. If you ever see a Lady Dazey or a Dazey Natural Wonder, GRAB IT!!!! They last forever!

Um..I do have that Floppy sittin' here on my desk, and, a friend is supposed to hel....(I SWEAR! It's HERE!!!)
