it's hot under here! $%&#!

i keep going back from cool to hot it's only going to prolong the suffering, isn't it?

as long as my hair is dry by the time True Blood comes on, i don't care!!

Ooh, I can not do hair dryers in the summertime, it's way too hot. I usually airdry only in the summer... You can airdry on medium or cool, it'll take longer but you won't suffer :ohwell:

i just took a 30 minute break. had some food and some juice and sat in front of the A/C. back under!! hopefully just 30-45 more minutes.

i'm starting my new job tomorrow and i want a smooth look. air drying leaves my hair stiff and dry. no can do!!

ETA: oh, and my dryer doesn't have "medium". i had it on medium one day and it started sparking on me! so, I have HOT HOT HOT or cool.

that's what i get for $99! :lachen:

I know how you feel...I'm sitting under mine right now :ohwell:

It is tooooo hot. I think I'm going to just partially dry then sleep with my flexirods in.

Girl...everytime I sit under the dryer I have to have a fan on:reddancer: ..it helps out so much

lol! i like your smiley.

i have the A/C but maybe i need a real fan blasting 2 feet infront of me.

this is better than going to the salon though. i can't take breaks there. i just suffer under that Pibbs and feel like i'm going to pass out if my stylist doesn't get me soon enough. lol! but the robe always comes off.

LDoll: I always do a 50:50 -- Half time under the dryer and the Half time Air Drying. So Far, it's been working pretty well.:yep:

But I definitely Feel You.:look:

@bolded - That is how I get down...I just use my little one's high chair for the dryer so I can get on the desktop computer versus keepin' the laptop in my lap while I am on LHCF:lachen::lachen: - have a table top fan going at full blast...:grin:

I would love to be able to sit under the dryer! My 3 inch rollers won't fit

LMAO I have the same issue. I use the green magnetic rollers, but they don't fit under the dryer

LivingDol1, I would say ditch the dryer but I see you're starting a new job tomorrow. I guess suck it up  and that hour will be done before you know it. I really tried to rollerset once a week this summer but its been in the 90's almost the entire month of August and I can't do it, won't do it. It takes me 3 hours to dry my hair so funk that LOL

it got done!!! my hair is fabulous and wrapped and ready for tomorrow. :)

i will buy a fan though and stick it right in front of me next time. my A/C's power has no effect when i'm under the dryer, roasting. lol.

2 questions for you...
Can we see pictures of your rollerset hair?

And... who's butt is this?
