My hair stopped shedding...

I dont know if its the MSM or the Iron or what..

But It stopped, I was curling my hair tonight and by time I get to the 5th section as of late my hair would be all in the sink, and there was only 3 strands..

I have just been back on my iron for a week, I only take one pill every 2 days because of my fear of constipation .. Im also taking MSM and Ive only been on that for a few days...

Severe Shedding.. I have had a little breakage, but so far my MnT put the smack down on that

I'm so happy for you It could be the MSM. I've used it since 9/1/05 and I don't shed like a dog anymore. I also take a multi with iron (3 yrs). Just keep doing what you're doing. Your hair looks great!!!
