Usually, I just maintain the same twist/braid out by sleeping in a satin bonnet and sleeping "pretty" (resting my head on the side of my face). This lasts me about 3 days before I have to retwist (granted, the last day, it's a little big, but I like big hair so it it's all good
).

Irresistible,
I've been wondering about this lately too. I guess I'll have to give it a try and note the results. Your twist out is inspiring and very pretty. How is braiding the twist at the root beneficial? I have yet to do a twist out so I'm curious and willing to take in any advice/suggestions.

Thank you girl, I will report my results as well, im sure it would be less than if it were in a straight style though, i would think at least. the braiding the root helps to not have poofy roots
Iris! You know I'm a HUGE fan of yours! (LoverofLife71 from Nappturality.com). Girl, your hair is looking fabulous! So what do you like better: mango butter/coconut oil or the avocado butter? I think avocado helps maintain length.
