I did a LHCF fast yesterday

I love LHCF, in fact I think I spend too much time on the boards. Yesterday, I spent the time that I would have normally been on the boards listening to sermons. I watched a sermon on Charles Stanley's website and listened to 2 of his radio broadcasts.

I felt enriched and came away with some serious truths. Since I spend at least 1 hour on the board everyday, I plan on doing this once a week.

Anybody want to join me?
