i changed my mind

i dont know if some of you remember but just the other day i decided to stop my seven month stretch and relax tomorrow. but i changed my mind. i will still get my press and curl and dusting but no relaxer. im glad my mom talked me out of it because i kept going back and forth with it and now my mind is made up. yaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy in about 3 years i'll be fully natural.

the funny part is that when i first decided to transition my mom was like "eww no chebaby, GOD no. no dont do it." and now shes like "you've been taking such good care of your hair, please dont relax." i love my mom.

Congratulations! I'm glad Mom approves of you going natural. I told my Mom the other day that I'm transitioning to natural. She was like "Oh... that's nice". Then she starts going on and on about her latest relaxer.

Congrats on your decision to continue transitioning. I had those feelings during my first year of transitioning, too. Its hard to believe that I'm almost at the 2 year mark. You will be there too before you know it! Especially with your mother supporting you.

theres this lady at my job (i dont actually know her) that has the most gorgeous natural hair i've ever seen. its not curly though, it looks stretched i guess but she wears it back like an almost ponytail and tthen the coils are kinda sticking up. its so thick. she was sort of an inspiration too while i was thinking of relaxing. i want to ask her if she's Neko's cousin so bad.
