I can’t receive or send friend request...

Can someone please tell me how to request a friend? It seems as though I don't have the option.erplexed Several months ago I had a friend request, I accepted it and then one day I logged on and my friend was gone! She recently tried to request me as her friend again, but I didn't receive it. TIA Ladies!!!!

The option will return to everyone when the upgrades are done. I don't know when the upgrades will be done.
