But on the real - Jessicurl's conditioners (my favoritest conditioners of all time, and I thank Charzboss every single time I use them! ) contain marshmallow root.

I might have to look into jessicurl products.....

I went to Whole Foods today to get a bottle of KC Knot Today...and every single bottle was gone. And I know y'all sneaky behinds are to blame; every other Kinky Curly product was fully stocked except for that one empty row of conditioner.

So, I had to go to another Whole Foods where I promptly bought three bottles of conditioner and left two or three towards the back for the rest of you.

Word has gotten out to the streets...

Same thing at my Whole Foods! There is NEVAH any Aubrey Organics HSR Conditioner. I think the same thing every time I go in there. I had to get my KKNT at Ricky's.

Funny I've never used it for detangling but I love it as a leave-in.

Anyone in NY--Ricky's sells it. And Ricky's doesn't charge as much (about $26.99) as Whole Foods for the Curling Custard (haven't compared prices on the Knot Today).

I've used Knot Today and I did find it to be an good detangler. However, the absolute best detangler I have ever used in my entire life (without exaggeration, and with the exception of the gone-but-not-forgotten Qhemet Biologics Olive Cream Detangler) is the Alba Botanicals Leave-in Conditioner and Detangler. That joint is like a dream come true for my fine, 4A/4B hair. Netta, just a heads up - the AB Conditioner also contains marshmallow root, and the Knot Today does, too. I think I may have mentioned this in a thread a long time ago but I think my hair agrees very well with anything containing marshmallow root; it really helps with detangling.

Anyway, the AB is creamy, decently moisturizing, sinks into my hair awesomely, and performs brilliantly as a detangler. I much prefer it to Knot Today.

This is a creamy product. The texture reminds me of a regular light conditioner. It is a really nice product.

Ok, so I got my KCCC and Knot today Thursday. I BC'ed Friday, so it was right on time. The product was pretty good, I'll give it a B-. But I watched other you tube videos and saw that IC Fantasia Gel had great reviews too. So Saturday I went to Sally's and purchased it for $4.99. It worked great on my hair also. I actually give it a B+, the drying time was quicker and it worked just as well (if not better) than the KCCC.
I'm glad I got the KCCC, but I think when it runs out, I will just stick with the Fantasia Gel.
