What effect does the hair, skin, and nails vitamins have on the hair? I'm looking for a vitamin to help speed up the growth process just a little but I'm not sure if the HSN will do that. I don't want any vitamins that will alter the texture of my hair just something that will give me a bit more growth. TIA.
