How to Make Buns Pretty?

Is there anyway to make buns more stylish and prettier? Do you have any style ideas as far as making a cute bun?

Also, do you know of anywhere to buy hair accessories or any cute accessories (such as headbands, fancy hair pins/clips, and etc.) that can make a protective style cuter?

Use bobbypins to pin your hairup to make a wider base so your bun can look a whole lot fuller than if you made it out of a ponytail. You can also make a puff and pin the ends around it strategicaly, but relaxed hair is probably to slick to hold a puff (even on transitioning hair it doesnt hold somtimes--I have to have an old textured style like a bantu knot out,etc.)

I like to wear scarves as headbands and I pick them up at thrift stores, garage sales, and ebay. I Also get cute headbands from time to time at the dollar tree. Forever 21 also has cute headbands/accessoriesthat are reasonably priced.
