I need to incorporate protein into my hair regime but am clueless on how often to do this. How often should I do it? Should I alternate a strong protein treatment (ie. Aphogee hard stuff) with a softer protein? I need to streamline my regime. So far I have:
Shampoo: Once a week
Silicon Mix
Surge Power Wash (not real thrilled about this product but need to use it up)
Jamaican Mango and Lime Tingling poo (removes buildup)
Conditioner:
Silicon Mix
Tropical Canela Cinnamon
Leave in:
Surge 14
Surge Moisture Aide (not very moisturizing at all)
Protein: (Here is where I don't know how often to use)
Elasta Breakage Control Serum
Anything I should add/remove? All suggestions welcomed!
