Everyday unless I'm having a bad hair day then it's in a ponytail. I'll probably do a protective style 2-3 times a year out of sheer boredom. I like to enjoy my hair.

Less in the winter and more in the summer. Well honestly i don't wear my hair "out" that much. I get a retouch every 16wks and i wear my hair down a couple more days after and that's it. Strangely bunning has always been my best friend even before i learned of lhcf.

If I'm cowashing, I pull my hair back into a ponytail and let it do it's thing.

If I'm not cowashing, then I wear my hair down.

I have been wearing my hair out frequently since I went natural. Every now and then I will put it in a bun or wear some twists. I co-wash daily.
