How much MSM are you taking?

I'm starting my personal MSM Challenge today and just wondered how much is enough to see results? I plan on taking 4000mg every day for the next six months or so. How much are you guys taking??

I ran out of my MSM..I need to get more..but I was taking 3000mgs.

I have a question about MSM.. there was another thread where it was giving some ladies coarser hair.. is there a dosage that is high enough to give you the benefits of the MSM but low enough to not change your hair texture?? Does that make sense??

Well I think I noticed subtle changes. I wouldn't say that my texture changed but my new growth comes in wavy and alot softer. I also read that MSM helps with shedding and it has certainly helped with mine. I was taking a bigger dose when I first started and then eventually moved down to a comfortable 2,000 dose daily and it has been working for me.

I take 1,000 daily, but I personally haven't noticed any type of change. I believe that when my bottle runs out I'll be finished with MSM.

I have been taking 3000mg since mid Oct and I have had great results. My new growth is definitely softer.
