How Much Biotin Should I Take?

Today I bought Puritan's Bride Biotin 1000mcg, 100 tablets. How much am I supposed to be taking! I read 4 but I just want to be sure!!! Thanks alot!

I take 5 all at once. btw, are you taking a b-complex with it? The b-vitamins work to their maximum capacity when taken together. Also, please be sure to post your results /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Sorry but what is a b-complex. So far I am taking GNC Mega Woman and just started biotin?
