I take 3200 mcg - 5 days a week. I started taking the vitamins listed in my signature late last month. I'm not sure what results I have gotten from them. I can not pick out just the biotin and say it has resulted in one hair growth or nail growth because some of the other vitamins are known to assist in those areas as well. However, after popping so many pills for the past 3 weeks .. I have concluded that after my supply has ran out, I will not be going back on vitamins for a while ...

none. I take (2) multivits per day... I was curious because i hear so much talk about it...

Sherry, Biotin is non toxic, due to being water soluble whatever isn't used is flushed out through your urine, so there's no real chance of od'ing on it.
