Usually once a week whether that be a co-wash, cleansing with sulfate free shampoo or a mud wash.

minimal once per week optimal twice per week.

I wash 1x/week and moisturize/seal with water/oil every other day.

I do airdryed braidouts/bantu outs. These would both be good styles for texlaxed hair. Rollersetting would work too. It's an indirect heat, so it's not super damaging like flat irons, blowdryers, etc.

I think I'm going to try a twist out with perm rods on the end next wash which is fri...

Every day .... if imntr trying to keep a stretched style ill just mist my hair. But its still water touching my hair.

Usually 1x per week in the colder months and 2x per week in the summer.

Water hits my hair nightly via my leave-in conditioner/moisturizer. Try using a water based moisturizer/leave in for moisture during the week, and seal with a light oil.
