How Many ORS Paks?

How many ORS paks did/do you use after each wash?

I don't think so. I bought the packs as a tester to see how well my grass would like it. After that I saw it did, I bought the bottle. It's more cost efficient. I know when I was back home, the bottles were hard to find.

I often wondered if the BSS sold them primarily because they make more selling the small packs as opposed to the bottles (sticker shock, folks pass right on by).

I purchased from Sally's. My local preferred BSS has it but it usually flies off of the shelf as soon as he gets it in.

It's cheaper to get this one as opposed to the 12.5oz even though it's on sale right now. I renewed my Sally card and got $5 towards my next purchase of $5 or more. Not to mention various coupons offered by Sally and cash back by using certain credit cards teamed with cash back coupon sites.

If my math is correct.... ORS price breakdown (not including Sally card discount or coupons):
1.75 ounce packet = $1.39 or $0.79 per oz
12.5 ounce bottle = $5.99 (on sale now) or $0.48 per oz
33.8/L bottle = $11.99 or $0.3547 per oz

vtoodlerI usually use it on freshly washed hair so that helps a lot as far as spreading and I have a lot of hair, but I have to be careful with the precious. I can hardly find it. Everything else I am super heavy handed with.
