With all of the different forms that vitamins come in-pills, shakes, powders, i'm confused. Exactly HOW MUCH of each vitamin is necesary. What I mean is, when you have something like the ultra hair thick shake, how do you evaluate and determine if that's EVERYTHING you need or if you need to add another supplement? What is necesary for ULTIMATE hair growth and when does piling on more stop being effective and even become dangerous?
