Hi Ladies. I have been very lazy lately. It all started when I decided to use the weekends to experiment with different styles. A couple of weeks ago I did my first few wash-n-goes. I cowashed and then added moisturizer and oil. They were pretty enough but I decided not to wear them to work so on that Sunday I rewet my hair, let it air dry straighter and then flatironed. The next weekend I decided my hair still looked pretty good since I was pin curling every night. So I didn't wash it or anything, I just kept moisturising and pin curling. By the middle of that end of that week my hair was screaming for water but I had a very busy weekend planned. So again I didn't wash it. Instead I added a leave-in concotion, cornrowed 4 braids and worn my first braid-out that Saturday and Sunday. That was last weekend and today, Thursday I'm still wearing the braid out plus all the daily products from 3 weeks ago. EWWerplexed.
This has given my hair a break from being on my shoulders which has been nice because of all the heat here but I think it is too much manipulation every night to rebraid damp hair. So I'm just waiting till tomorrow when I can give my hair the attention it deservers after 3 weeks and DC and poo and set. If you can't tell, I refuse to do my hair in the middle of the week, the process is just too long. But I did treat it nicely the whole time although I didn't spend much time doing so. Maybe it grew some, maybe it broke off, IDK. Anyway I just wanted to share. I know I'm not the only one who just refuses to do their hair sometimes.
