I'm not having any of the problems listed, so I have to say that my hair is pretty healthy. However, if I don't remain consistent with my haircare, that could change at any point. For me, hair length and health go together. I can't have length without health, nor do I want it.

My hair has always been generally healthy. I don't use too much heat. I keep it trimmed. My problems usually stem from dealing with my very thick hair.

I only use light heat when I need a trim.
My only problem is that my hair isn't as thick as I'd like it to be and the ends are still somewhat thin.

I think my hair is super duper healthy (if I say so myself). I have my no heat, no chemicals, protective styling, always moisturizing regimen to thank for that.
