How do you upkeep your style while working out?

My hair just reverts girl. I have a texturizer and I just wear it curly at the gym or I wear my hair in two french twist with a part down the middle. i workout a lot and sweat a lot and found that nothing will help me. If i choose to wear my hair straight it is only for special occasions.
 
Yeah i just deal with the reversion when i'm farther post relaxer. I read somewhere that oiling your scalp/roots with coconut oil pre workout cuts down on the reversion.

Not if I do Turbo Jam or something that really gets me sweating.

I have to stick with light walks on the treadmill or pilates (can get tricky for longer workouts) if I don't want my hair to revert after flatironing.

I am relaxed and my hair is not bone straight.
