I was peeking into the thread about APL ladies giving their number one tip and my question is how do you the baggy mehtog if you hair is grazing your shoulders. I have noticed that I am starting to get splits from my hair resting on my clothes but I am not clear on how to baggy my ends without looking like a fool. Please fill me in

When I first came to the board and my hair was really tore up, I use to pull it in a ponytail, oil it real well, and wrap Saran Wrap around it. Yea, I know it sounds funny but umm it worked for me and a year later my ends were off the chain. I don't do it anymore but when I use to it helped.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Right now my hair is TWA when not stretched so I baggy the whole head. Even when I am in braids I use MTG then spray on the braid spray and then put a shower cap on with a scarf over that..it has worked wonders

I baggy the whole head everyday when I wear cornrows covered by falls. My hair has flourished this way also.

When I had a twa, I would moisturize my hair and put on a plastic cap over all of my hair.

Now that my hair has gained more length, I moisturize and put my hair into two buns. I don't baggy the buns because I don't want to be at work with plastic bags over my two buns. I don't do it at night either because I don't feel like fooling with my hair that much. So I just moisturize as needed.

Once my hair gets long enough to do just 1 bun, I may do the baggie method and find something elegant to wear over it like Chicoro. :)
