I am usuing Moe Grow oil and I wanna get results like Candyc. How EXACTLY do you do it. I have been applying the oil the rubbing it in along the parts for about 1 min for each part, then massaging. Is this correct?

i dont do scalp massages, but i would suggest you perform a video search for "scalp massage" on youtube....

good luck :)

When I first heard the word scritching, it irritated me coz I thought it was just some made up word like "irregardless" as if someone was going to say "scratch an itch" and then got lazy and came up with scritching. I didn't realized it's actually a trademarked term used to describe a certain way of massaging the scalp using bone combs, known as "scritchers".

Anyway, apparently there is a correct way to scritch and it is explained on the Longhairs.com website part of the Hairgasm.com website that sells bonecombs. Scritching instructions at this link: http://www.longhairs.com/horn_combs_tutorial

BTW, I got a bonecomb sent to me from China and it seems they are believed to be good stimulators even there. I haven't used it to "scritch" yet though so can't tell you what good it does over a regular massage.

Bumping . . .

Nonie have you used the bone comb? I'm thinking that increased growth has more to do with technique (scritching or scalp massages) rather than a product (growth aid). Just my hypothesis for now. I'm doing 12 week interval studies and 1 interval will be w/out product but with technique and the others will test product & technique.

Thanks!

@bebezazueta I've never used the bone comb I was sent from China to scritch. I prefer to massage my scalp with the pads of my fingers. I have used the comb just to comb my hair, but nothing else. I think I get good circulation going just using my fingers. Believing the comb does some magic is a little hocus pocus for me. I think my finger knead way better than the comb could. My scalp feels warm after a finger massage so I know circulation is increased this way.
