How do you plan to wrap up this Last Quarter of 2008?

1) Stretch for as long as I can
2) go back to self-relaxing/styling
3) I'm contemplating dusting my ends...
4) baby my hair with co-washes & moisture so I can resume the use of chemicals/ direct heat next year
5) buns & updos....

I am in braids til dec and then wear my hair in spirals until Jan when I get kinky twist. I am doing the crown and glory for the next 2.5 yrs. I want MBL the next time I see my family.

I plan on:

a) making the decision as to whether or not I'm going to stay in braids or wear my hair out

b) regardless of what decision I make, I plan on deep conditioning my hair at least once every two weeks (I tend to fall off on the deep conditioning when I have braids)

c) taking my vitamins...FAITHFULLY. I was on the vitamin challenge some months ago and they REALLY helped my hair to grow. The only thing is, I noticed my hair was growing a little too fast and was hard to manage. I never thought I would say that (LOL). That OCT also helped, but I'm not sure if I'm going to start using that again(afraid of the buildup).

i plan to get a partial weave this wednesday to help me hide my hair until graduation. hopefully i'll be able to keep it in for longer than a week :/

Starting with a fresh relaxer tomorrow
Keep my hair in my UPA clip 6 days out the week with ends coated in Jamaican black castor oil
Use MT for maximum growth/thickness
DC once a week, cowash once a week, rollerset once a week
Workout 4-5 times a week, take vitamins, eat healthily

Continue to get trims every 4 weeks until split ends are gone (about 3 inches to go!)
Continue new reggie and tweak as needed
Bun 50% of the time, twist 40% and straight 10%(only with trims).

Keeping it weaved up 5-6 wks at a time, with 1wk breaks in between and keep stretching for 12 wks at a time.

I first gotta figure out what is wrong with my hair
Other than that, keep my hands out of it, keep heat off it it, massage my scalp with mega tek and get more sleep.

I'm getting ready to have a surgical procedure on Friday. So after surgery once I get up to par, I plan to concentrate on this shedding that's been going on since my last surgery in June. I just ordered me some Alter Ego today. So, it will be conditioner, conditioner, conditioner. While I'm home recovering I just really plan to moisturize daily and opt for low mani. I will be getting one more relaxer this year in mid to late November. I think I will also get a nice trim after this relaxer. Overall, I'm please with my hair.

I hope your surgical procedure is successful, and that you recover quickly.

I will relax at the end of this month, I am currently wearing a quick weave on a cap until the end of the month. After I relax I will wear my hair in curlformers until it gets too much new growth and then rock my LF again until next relaxer in Feb09. I will also either look at my ends well to see if I need a dust or trim since it will be 20 weeks since my last. I plan to finish these vitamins off and find a solid regimen.

I plan to

1) make up my mind by year's end if I'm going to loc or not.

2) maintain my current regimen through the end of the year:
1-2 herb/tea rinses weekly
weekend wash/condition
twice daily moisturizing spray
covering my hair at night

Kinky twist it up until January. Find out my progress then. Hopefully Full SL. That's reaching alil, but we will see.

I plan to relax next week, do a protein treatment after a week, straighten and then trim these nasty ends

I plan to touch up my hair on 12-2-08
NO TRIMS! I am in the 2009 do not trim your hair challenge.
Wash and DC once per week
Moisturize, Moisturize.
Braidouts/ Buns
Work on my temples
Coconut Oils Seals
Exercise and Drink Plenty of water
take my Vitamins

9-16-08 went from Full APL back to SL
12-31-09~ BSL
12-31-12~ Full MBL

Continue washing and deep conditioning once a week
continue with my protective stye of quick weaves
Do my touch up in December.
Get back on track with vitamins
Look into this megatek thing :look: I've tried to avoid this one for so long but I am tempted by all of the success stories I've been reading on here, so we shall see...

im going to start mega teking again but only on my trouble areas. i want to be have 6 inches of hair there by the time i reach my 1 yr transitioning mark. and i plan to keep on transitioning. the rest of my hair is doing wonderful except my edges. i also want to keep in my kinky twist for the rest of the year. i never kept fake hair in so long or any style for that matter so im really excited and i am going to stick to it. ;)

I just weaved it up to get ready for fall winter. I plan on washing conditioning every other week with my weave in. I will be rocking weaves for the remainder of the winter.

Ayurveda all the way. Not really using the teas anymore, I found it to be to drying. So I'm adding the powders to my conditioners, which allow me to co-wash 2 to 3 times a week. No trimming unless necessary, wearing my hair up, and defintely sleeping with my stocking cap.:lachen:
