I pile my hair up loosely on top of my head, secure it with one or two gentle duckbill clips, and cover with a satin bonnet. In the morning when I let my hair down, I shake my head lightly a couple of times or run my fingers through my hair. This worked when I used to wet-set my hair in rollers and dry it under a hooded dryer and it works now with my Caruso curls as well. The curls last several days depending on how tight they are and how much I comb or brush them.
My hair is past shoulder length but when I have a rollerset (not a rollerwrap), my hair is neck length. To keep the curls, I just put a satin bonnet over all my curls...I do not wrap, pin up, or put it in a ponytail because it will mess the curls up since my hair isn't long enough yet. My curls last a week doing this. Now if you did a rollerwrap (wrapped your hair after taking out rollers) then your curls will not last.
If your hair is longer than a few inches past shoulder length, I would do the scunchi bun which you can find in kitchen_tician's album or pincurls which you can find in lonei's album. Hope that helps!
