Thanks ladies... I will see how the spray works and report back. Lita, I don't think the sample pack will work god me bc I don't like BRBC or CTDG. I only wanted to try the AOHC. If I see it on the swap board or if I get my hands on a sample someone is selling, I will let you all know.

if you want sprays claudies revitalizer, darcy's and komaza care make some worth looking into. the califa spray from komaza has rave reviews via this forum and the ladies say it can be diluted too.

im not relaxed!! lol ionno. i only wash my hair put leave ins then and that's it. i dont do stuff between washes unless i use a little oil or something.

I just take my everyday moisturizer and mix some of it in a spray bottle and add water and coconut oil (the oil is optional). That's it
Also I try to increase the amount of cowashes & DCs as I reach farther into my stretch.
