For those of you that own a ceramic/tourmaline flat iron, how do you keep your it clean and what you use to clean it?

I usually clean my flat iron (I have the Solia) with just a little soap and water and apply with a tissue. However, I don't think my way is all that effective and I need some tips and ideas of what I can use to clean it. TIA:)!

Hi, I have a Solia as well, and I pour a little bit of rubbing alcohol onto a cotton ball or paper towel to clean it. So far so good. Hope that helped :)

I infrequently use it nowadays, but I typically just wipe the plates down w/a damp cloth after it cools off (after each use).

I use the towel that I used to blot the water from my hair, and wipe it down.
I only use it on clean hair, and so it really doesn't collect much product build-up.
