Ladies with fine hair could you share what flat iron you use? Is it ceramic or tourmaline?

Thanks in advance for your response,
tishee

I use the Sedu on 280 degrees on my roots week 9 through 16.

I use the FHI Platform the 1inch version got it off amazon its cheaper than a $100 now and it should be 3 layers of ceramic plates i had reasearched it a long time ago but it works well and goes up to 450 degrees

I have a T3 Narrow Duality 1inch.

You can find it here:

However I purchased mine 2 years ago from Bed Bath and Beyond. I returned my Maxiglide (it didn't work well for me...gave me puffy hair) for it and I LOVE it. I get great salon quality results with my T3 ever time I use it. It goes up to 410 but I use it on 350-370.

Babyliss Pro Ceramic @ 230 degrees C = 446 degrees F

I have a Sedu. it gets my hair smooth shinny and leave it odorless at any temp.

I had a maxiglide for like 2 weeks then lost it @ a hotel  but that thing was amazing! My hai submitted to that thing, but it left burnt hair smell :( even on the 4 setting

Conair Steam Flat Iron - use 310F setting it goes up to 395 and low as 285F (I think - don't remember now)

say what??? thats a steal! I wonder if it as good as my long lost maxiglide

thanks ladies for all of your responses! I am looking to purchase one for Mother's day.....thanks so much.

Sedu Revolution @ 300, once I turned down the heat my hair had more sheen. Even the instructions in the box say "310 or less for chemically treated or color treated hair"!

I just did this weekend, my Joico ReconstrRX Vapor Iron. I tried it at 356° recommended for fine haired ladies.

Neither fine-haired or thick-haired but I swear by my GHD :)

GHD professional 1 inch ($185) @ Sephora. The best, for my hair IMO :)

Babyliss Pro Ceramic or Babyliss Pro Tourmaline at 180 degrees C. I love them both, but I think I like tourmaline slightly better. Gets it straighter and shinier for whatever reason.
