I warm my conditioner in the microwave for about 30 sec. Then, I put a couple of plastic caps on and deep condition w/o heat for about an hour, or so.

I deep condition under the dryer following manufacturer's instructions which is typically 30 minutes. I would like to purchase a heating cap so I don't have to set up that big bulky dryer every time and it also not be so noisy while I try to watch TV or read a book.

whenever I deep condition I usually use a heating cap, the heat will help the conditioner to penetrate into the shaft better.

I try to stay under it anywhere from 15-30 min

I apply my conditioner to dry hair, then cover it with a plastic bag. If I want to DC for 20 mins, I'll blowdry the bag for 20 mins then rinse out and shampoo and condition again. If I have more time, I'll cover the bag with my silk scarf and leave it on for about an hour before rinsing it out and shampooing and conditioning again.

It sure does! :yep: I'm interested in knowing how it works for you.

I deep condition with Humectress after each wash (2x per week) with a plastic cap on my head and no heat. I'm generous with the conditioner on my hair making sure I saturate my ends with it. I'll leave the cap on for 30-45 minutes before rinsing.

I do like Mestiza's idea of warming up her conditioner first and using 2 caps.

I deep condition with a wet warm towel (heated in microwave) for about 15 minutes...

I do this too, putting the wet towel under a plastic cap. I call it my ghetto steam treatment.

I don't have any of those appliances...
I put the conditioner on, wrap my hair in clingfilm then put a warm towel on top.

i also use the microwave and warm up my humecto with wonder 8 oil (most fantastic mix i ever used).

i add on (ends 1st) and use a cap and towel on top then sit in the hot room (radiators on full) for about 2 hours. my hair is so hot and steamy afterwards.

Depending on how I feel, I'll either use a bonnet dryer attached to my hand held blowdryer for 20-30 minutes, or I'll just put on a plastic cap overnight.

I deep condition my hair with a cap and no heat.
I first put motions cpr on my hair dry massage in and rinse with warm water then wash Surya shampoo its so gentle then I saturate my hair with jojoba oil place a cap on and let it sit for 5-10 minutes then rinse. Thats my specific method of deep conditoning my hair.

Lately I have been putting the deep conditioner on while my hair is dry w/plastic cap I might spritz with water to help the conditioner smooth in. Sitting around for few minutes. Hop in shower rinse really well shampoo (shampoo and condtioner mix) and then a light condtioner. It is called a Moo Poo

Shampoo
Apply a generous amount of deep conditioner + oil
Sit under steamer for 20 minutes

OR

Shampoo
Apply a generous amount of deep conditioner + oil
Cover hair with plastic cap
Sit under hood dryer for a minimum of 15 minutes

lol @ Moo Poo. this sounds quite nice actually

I usually sit under the dryer for 20-30 mins. If I'm feeling lazy, I'll heat up my conditioner in the microwave before applying it, cover my hair w/ a plastic cap and let it sit for 30-45 mins.

I deep condition every week (also CW)...I pre-CW by applying either Suave Coconut Conditioner or Queen Helene Ginseng Cholesterol Cream mixed with part EVOO & a dollop of real honey :p , and usually leave it in overnight with my scarf over the shower cap. I love how it makes my hair feel:cool:
