Gotta problem. I have a sewn in weave and when I shampoo my hair the tracks never completely dry. This causes my hair to smell. I've even tried to blowdry each track individually and it still doesn't dry like it should. The style usually lasts about a month and a half to two months. I can't wait that long to shampoo my hair. What should I do? I don't want to walk around smelling like a wet dog.

Whenever I washed my weave I had the stylist do it and never had a problem that may be an alternative.

From my experiences, mine would dry eventually, although it would take a nice while. I used to sit in front of a fan sometimes.

If you're having problems, I suggest you go to the salon and have them shampoo it. Do you have a hood dryer at home? This may help as well.
