Be so dumb to wash my hair then go outside without anything on my head. Now I have this deadly cold.

Sorry just ventnig because I dont feel good.

That's true, but when your body is cold and the temperature drops, you are more succesible to having cold germs start something instead of being rejected by your immune system.
 
I don't know...I did get really sick in 1998 when I went to sleep with wet hair in the dead of winter.

Soslychic: I totally agree with what you said.Cold and wet might not make you sick, but I do believe the cold weakens your immune system. This doesn't stop me from doing conditioner washes in the winter, I just take steps to make sure that I'm dressed warmly: socks on feet, sweater or a bathrobe on if I'm in the house. Of course wearing a warm coat, scarf and hat if going outside.

This is the reason why I wash my hair once a week and only wear roller sets. Wet/damp hair is too risky during winter.
