I have heard a couple of the ladies say this and I just want to know how they knew?

There is a sticky when you first sign in that talks about to much/not enough protien & moisture. Basically for me my hair is hard and stiff and breaks easy.

Uggh! My hair was the worst when I put a protein treatment in. Now, maybe it was the brand, but my hair felt horrible !
