How about Chlorella? PART 2

I just ordered my capsules, hopefully I will have them by Monday. Im not sure where to start as far as Mg. I have the 400mg capsulses so maybe I will just start off with two a day and work my way up. Does this sound like a good idea? How often should I increase my dose? TIA
