Anyone knows of a good barber who specializes in women's hair?

My sister wants to BC but is looking for a barber who can maintain her short 'do. Houston is a big place, there has to be someone.... I appreciate your help in advance!

My girlfriend at work goes to WalMart's Salon. She has a real low cut. I think it's near 45 South. I'm not sure if you are looking for a certain side of town or not. I can get a referral if you like.
