My sister has neck length relaxed hair. She's looking for a good hairstylist/ salon who not only styles hair well but cuts hair very well, too (specializes in cutting hair) - in such a way that she can maintain it it home even if it isn't curled because it is cut so well. It could be in Philadelphia, NYC, or Northern Jersey. Thanks in advance!!
