That is in the Galleria area of Houston. I'd say it is the largest business district here outside of downtown.

Thanks ladies. Now since that this is the business district whats the best area for me to live because ive been hearing good things about sugar land and im wondering whats the distance between those 2 areas

Not to mention i have kids the ages of 3 and 5 so the schools are an issue

I agree with Sugarland as well. My commute to work in around 20-30 minutes, but coming home is about double that. Traffic is pretty bad during the evening rush hour (stop and go), but going home 288 toward Pearland is much worse imo (stand still).

Besides rush hour, it is around 20 minutes (give or take) to get from Sugarland to the Galleria area. It's pretty much a straight shot up 59.

^^^I live in Pearland, but I work 7-4 so I beat the traffic, but I've heard that after 4:30 it gets bad.
