Where did you ladies buy your hood dryers?
the cheapest I have seen is $30 on sale.. I think at Sally's.

Any ideas?

Damn, that is cheap! I paid about that much for my dryer at Sally's, but it is a soft bonnet dryer. If you don't get anymore responses try doing a search I am sure there are tons of old posts on the topic. . . thats how I ended up purchasing my ION (spaceship) dryer.

a soft bonnet dryer would be better for me really, because I dont have anywhere that would accomodate a dryer to sit under.

I bought a bonnet dryer from Sallys (Carel). It does good for conditioning my hair, but to dry my whole head it doesnt work, makes my hair really frizzy and puffed out. I also had a hood dryer that my sister bought for me from Walmart. That worked great, but after a few months I think it shorted out on me because it wouldnt dry as well. They both were about 39.99.

I'm looking to invest in a new dryer myself, so I hope there are plenty of good responses. I've been noticing the Ion hooded dryer, and the lady that works at Sally's said it was a pretty good dryer. I think that one is $59.99 or maybe less.

I bought my Ion Hooded Dryer from Sally's and it was for $50.00 dollars. That price that you stated seems like a very good one.:)

I have an ION Hooded dryer from Sally's that I got on sale last summer for I think like $39.99. It works very good, not too loud and dries quickly. The Hot is extremely Hot so I have just been using Medium for my roller sets and it still dries in a nice amount of time. I'm happy with it.

I have this one too and I love it! Although my son cracks up every time I have it on. I only use medium too, and sometimes even that is hot. Nice dryer though.

I guess I will be going to Sally's this weekend as well.
This site is so informative. It's also costing me a hella lot of money
