honee:
wound your hair as you would a bun.
secure the bun by sliding (slanted) a stick at the base of the bun.
take the second stick and slide across the first stick (making an "x")

what i don't understand is securing it at the base... what's the 'base'? and do i stick it thru the bun itself... from the top to the bottom...

as you can see, i need to b spoonfed with this

let me give this a shot:

when you slide the stick through the bun you want to insert it through the bun BUT close to the scalp...same w/the other stick.

does that make sense?
