Homemade S-Curl Recipe

Hi Ladies:

Now, I love my S-Curl. However, after reading the ingredients list, I noticed that it has alcohol. I am trying to avoid products with alcohol, as they dry out my hair. I am therefore, trying to make a homemade S-Curl recipe. I know some of you stopped using S-Curl b/c of parabens. What do you use to make your own homemade S-Curl? I just bought veggie glycerine yesterday. Thanks.

I stopped using s-curl because it made my hair tangle up (my replacement is de-ionised water, glycerin, rosewater, coconut oil and vo5 creamy fresh peaches conditioner) its much better on my hair in terms of moisture and detangling properties.

My homemade recipe is
pure glycerin, water, rosewater, aloe vera conditioner gel or the roots soy protein moisturizer. And this works great on my hair.

Your mix, sounds great whats the aloe vera like? btw i took a peek in your album, you have thick, pretty hair.
