Black hair needs (let me emphasize it again) needs moisture. It is ok to wash or co wash ( wash only with conditioner) it more than 1x a week. A good water based moisturizer is key after you apply it to the hair concentrating on the end seal ( apply a little oil like castor oil, Jojoba oil, Olive oil or Organic virgin cocontut oil) the moisture. stretch the time between relaxers ( I relax every 6 months), every 4 weeks is abuse. The key is protective styling ( loose buns, braid outs, and twists or braids) the protect the ends and keep them from rubbing against clothes which causes breakage. At night wrap hair in a 100% real silk or satin scarf or bonnet when using a flat iron please use a heat protectant.

I was wondering when I was going to see a post about this article. I stopped even trying to read it when I saw the weave.
 
Its so funny how we can spot a poster on the outside.

If i hear people talk like that IRL, i give them the side eye as well.

Okay, it was me. I just threw them off with I stretch between relaxers. I just wanted to get the word out because my sista's are suffering with bad hair.....
