Hi Ebony - a few questions
1. - did you inspect your hair before you relaxed? Inspect, meaning is it possible that there was a thinning spot here before you relaxed. (yes some ladies have thinning/bald spots and didn't know it)
2. - did you do a patch test before you relaxed? - I know hardly no one performs these but they do serve a purpose.
3. - have you used Motions before?
4. - How old was the relaxer?
5. - Is there any scabbing in this area?
6. - While rinsing or styling did you notice hair loss? (Where is the hair?) I always inspect the sink, and my comb for hair during and after the relaxer process.
Depending on your answers you may a.- discover where you went wrong, or b.-have a complaint to file against Motions

I have learned my lesson with relaxers ESP. Motions. I don't know why but for some reason their reg strength relaxers are like super duper strength compared to a lot of others.![]()
Oh noMotions seems to cause alot of setbacks, sorry about that spot OP.
