I'm thinking this may be the max for me also, Although the Ayurveda products & cowashing help a ton with my stretch. (12wks. is the longest I've gone) I becomes a CHORE past the 10wk. mark. By 12 I'm literally almost tearing though the ng to relax. Not to mention the tender scalp.
