HELP-Wigs and Rain

Okay guys I have a triple date tonight. I would like to show off my new Renee wig but its like a monson over here in nyc. My question is: What will happen to my curly wig once it gets wet? I've never worn a wig out and Im nervous that it will get ratty and tangled when wet. If u guys have any advice pls speak up. My date is at 6.

It depends on the quality of the wig...some of my curly wigs have got wet and were fine...with wigs maintenance is key and the right products


If the curls fall plait the wig in 2 pocahontas braids and u'll have some beautiful waves the next day

How far do you have to go in the rain? Would you consider putting on a cute hat over your wig & when you reach your destination go into the ladies room to remove it & fluff your hair?
