Help recreating this style

Kerry Washington is wearing a lovely updo that I would love to recreate on myself. Can any of the hairstyling gurus give me some tips on how to reproduce it?

I'm thinking two loose flat twists, tucked into a messy side bun.

Miss*Tress i did do a style a little similar to that for my grad photos. it looks like a very loose french braid into a "bun". what i did to get that full fluffed bun look was put my hair in a very low side ponytail fully detangle, grab the ponytail by the ends, twisted them around once and pinned them to the base of the hair tie. then i fanned the hair out and pinned pieces to my head to create the bun look. to get the wavy affect i'd say attempt on a detangled braid out.
