help! does anyone know how to do this style??

Here's 2 pics, notice the curls? How can I achieve this look at home?
I know they're not drop curls because I tried it and it didn't work, and using a double barrel iron doesn't work either. Can anyone provide any tips on how to get this style??? This is mind boggling ...TIA!!

Maybe im wrong. but to me it looks like the wet and wavy hair. if that's it, my friend usually uses a shampoo for curls and it gives her that same effect. i'll call her and ask the name.

I would try very loose bantu knots. Have you looked at Reneice.com's album? She wears her hair similiar with two bantu knots on her natural hair.hth

I was gonna say the same thing! When I do singles (braids), I will do a bantu set, to get really nice waves. It works out really well, very romantic looking.
