Help-Blow drying Question

I am 3c natural APL length. I have been using a radiant blow dryer to dry my hair into a wash and go. It is working. And the results are great. I hold the dryer at least 18 inches away from my hair and I don't use any tension. I just move around my head until it is about 75% dry. Question, is that going to damage my hair if I do it everyday? I love the convenience it I don't want a setback. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you

Thanks for the information. I had a feeling it was too good to be healthy for my hair.
