Last time I posted here was sometime in December! Since then I've had a birthday and I've been super busy. My hair has grown since the cut in September and I STILL have nape issues...part is growing and this little spot to the right jst doesn't seem to be growing

So how has everyone been?

Welcome back and happy belated birthday! I'm having happy hair days! I'm currently 18 weeks post. I've been using BT on my scalp and moisturizing/sealing the length with ors carrot oil and castor oil. Perhaps you should try BT for your napes if you're not allergic to sulfur. It promotes growth and thickness.
