Hello!!!!! Welcome to you. I only joint late last year also.. There's LOADS of info. on this forcum and it's a bit of maze; but I was told not to go wild and buy lots of products when you read stuff. There are some links for those who are new comers; but I'm not sure how to access it.. Type in somethin like 'new members' ???/
Well, anyway, I'd alos say that you should slightly change your own regime bit by bit; so you don't shock your hair into something new.
