I forgot to mention that when I take down the twists and finger comb, I usually put some Keracare Conditioning Creme Hairdress on my hair. This gives it a little extra shine.

What products did you use in your hair for the rollerset?

How long did it take you to become so good at it...or are you just a natural when it comes to rollersetting?

I've always been pretty good at getting the roller in and getting good tension, but I used to put way to many products in my hair before I set it. It used to come out oily and it had no movement. A couple of months ago, after reading a thread about roller setting, I started just using a leave-in and some VERY diluted setting lotion (basically water in a spray bottle with a few drops of Lottabody added to it). I make sure that the hair is very wet when I roll it. When I take the rollers out, I just put some serum or a light hairdress on my hair. Using very few products results in a lot more body and movement. HTH
